Hernandez, PhD.  Chief Executive Officer and Founder.   A seasoned professional with over 30+ yrs of experience managing academic and technology companies, founding member of COMPUNET S. de R. L, a pionneering  Internet Service Provider in Tegucigalpa Honduras. Dr. Hernandez has written numerous books on different economic areas, is author to journal articles, and has provided many interviews to TV/Radio related to financial and economic matters. Dr. Hernandez has great leadership experience as president of several professional economics and business organizations. Dr. Hernandez was awarded the Honduras National Science medal in 1994

Edwin A. Hernandez, PhD in Computer Engineering.  Chief Technology Officer and Founder. A PhD in Computer Engineering worked at Microsoft and Motorola. An expert in cloud-based computing, media streaming, and wireless/mobile devices. . Edwin holds eleven (11) issued patents and many more patent applications pending. Dr. Hernandez patents have been licensed by top technology companies and by the University of Florida. Daniel is a seasoned engineer with 10+ years of experience in NOKIA SIEMENS, ORACLE, Tekelek, in the fields of 3G and 4G Infrastructure and signaling. Daniel brings expertise in managing his technical sales team in its effort to market our technology and content offering to LATAM/Asia/US markets. @eglacomm 

Anand Sukkhu  Bsc/Msc/MBA University of Florida, VP of Business Development   Anand brings over 15+ years of experience at Motorola Mobility working with Telco’s and cable operators in the world. He has an extensive technical background in engineering and sales with a MS in ECE from the University of Florida

David Hartmann, BS/MS Computer Science and Math A senior at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) double majoring in Computer Science and Math, David is an IOS developer who can work individually or as a team, he is originally from Germany. Founder of SILVER LOGIC, LLC

Jonathan Brown, Chief Financial Officer. After working for 16 plus years in top national and regional firms, Mr. Brown has harnessed his leadership, expertise, passion and dedication to found Foresight Financial, CPA Firm, PLLC.
Mr. Brown specializes in providing customized tax, accounting and consulting services and solutions to small, startup, mid-size, emerging, high-growth and angel and venture backed companies in the following industries: health care/medical practices, technology, real estate/hotels/construction, consumer products, internet, financial services, legal and professional services, manufacturing and bars/restaurants. Rob Strandberg is the president & CEO of the Enterprise Development Corporation, a public-private partnership that assists high-growth potential companies throughout south Florida. He has been the CEO of a number of successful companies and received his BS in engineering at Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard University.






Phil Viscomi  is Managing Partner of Business Growth Advisors, Incorporated, a consulting firm specializing in technology commercialization, accelerating strategic results, and returning value to technology business stakeholders. He leads the firm in assisting clients with business vision formulation, planning for success, increasing valuation, and merger and acquisition.

During his 25-year career he held positions including leadership team member, executive and CEO. He has a multinational record of accomplishment in emerging stage, growth stage and Fortune 50 technology companies. Viscomi led innovation and returned value to stakeholders in multiple functions, industries and technologies including manufacturing, finance, medical, security, consumer product goods, chemistry, hardware/software, wireless/radio frequency, sensors, and MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems). Phil received a B.Sc. in Operations Management/Industrial Engineering, from the University of New Haven, completed the Wharton Corporate-internal Master Business Administration program, and executive management development programs at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and Harvard Business School.



Dr. Abdelsalam (Sumi) Helal is a computer scientist who was born in SuezEgypt. He graduated from Alexandria University in 1982, best known for his work in Pervasive ComputingMobile computing and Networking and Internet Computing. He is a Professor at the Computer and Information Science and Engineering Department (CISE) at the University of Florida. Also, he is the director of the Mobile and Pervasive Computing Laboratory in the University of Florida [1] and President and CEO of Phoneomena, Inc. and Pervasa, Inc.

Dr. Helal is editorial board member of the IEEE Pervasive Computing magazine.[2] He is the Editor of the magazine’s column on Standards, Tools and Emerging Technologies. His published work exceeds 200 books, book chapters, journal articles, and conference or workshop papers.

John Lack  os best known for creating MTV, the broadcast vehicle now an integral part of global culture.  Formerly the co founder and CEO of Firebrand, Lack also developed and launched The Movie Channel and Nickelodeon as COO of Warner Amex, and ESPN2 while he was EVP of Marketing and Programming at ESPN.  Lack currently serves as an advisor to CUR Media, the next generation social music experience.  He’s also served as CEO of ACTV, an interactive television technology company now owned by Liberty; CEO of i3 mobile, the parent company of PRONTO and the leading provider of innovative wireless media solutions, and Managing Director of Stream, Telecom Italia’s pay television company now part of Sky Italia.  Lack previously spent nine years at CBS, including stints as VP/General Manager of WCBS News 88 and VP/General Manager CBS Radio SpotSales.  John’s extensive experience with broadcast, interactive and wireless media companies make him uniquely qualified to bring these great paradigms together.
